Ray has been with NJ Realty for the past 20 years. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Ray has resided in Sea Isle City the past 20 years with his wife Marianne who is also an NJ Realty Sales Associate. Ray and Marianne have 2 children, a married daughter Julia 26 and a son Mark 22. Ray is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Ray has been one of the leading Sales Agents in Sea Isle City throughout his Real Estate career. His no pressure approach, thorough market knowledge, excellent customer service and timely follow up have been the secret to his success. Ray has recieved the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Award every year since 1992. From 1997 through 2001 Ray recieved the Gold Award with sales in excess of $10,000,000 per year. From 2002 through 2005 Ray recieved the Platinum Award with sales in excess of $25,000,000 per year. With the Real Estate market rebounding, Ray has sold over $23,500,000 worth of Real estate during the first 6 months of 2007.
