After moving to the shore in 1984 I obtained my Real Estate license in 1985. Previously working in the hotel industry for 13 years I have been in the people business since graduating college in 1974.

I currently live in N Cape May with my wife Gerry and our son David Jr. Our daughter Lori and her husband Ron have given us 2 lovely grandchildren.

In 1990 I received the Greater Wildwood Cape May County REALTOR Associate of the Year Award for outstanding service to the community and local and state Board of REALTORS. I have my GRI designation and Broker certification. I have also received the Million Dollar Sales Award several times for outstanding sales production.

My interests are, fishing-fresh and salt water, Boating and skiing.
